Cool Paws Dog Grooming Salon is a  run out of a private home. We don't advertise our address however when you book we will provide you with it.  We are located in Eatons Hill close to the Eatons Hill Hotel. 

Yes. Cool Paws grooms dogs of all ages :)  However if your dog has serious health complications it is recommended that you have your dog groomed at your vet. 

Cool Paws Dog grooming accepts, card or instant bank transfer. 

No, Cool Paws Dog Grooming is small home based grooming salon in Eatons Hill. The exact address will be given to clients when the make their booking.

We only have one client in the salon at a time. We find this works well in creating a calm environment for all. 

The safety of the dog and the groomer is always the most important aspect of a groom. If a dog is showing aggressive behavior and there is a real risk of injury the groom will stop immediately. There are alternatives for aggressive dogs such as going to the vet to have a groom. 

Cool Paws Dog Grooming try to take a no fear approach and work with our furry friends to make them feel as safe as possible. 

No. Cool Paws Dog Grooming is a home run business in Eatons Hill, Qld. We do not make home visits. 

Cool Paws Dog Grooming provides nail clipping as a complimentary service. If your dog is not comfortable with getting their nails clipped and displays difficult behavior it will be recommended that a vet carry out the nail clipping. Safety is always the top priority.  

Cool Paws prefers to use an electric nail file when attending to nails. 

 Cool Paws Dog Grooming avoids using cages and restraints (unless it is required for safety reasons). 

Cool Paws Dog Grooming works by appointment. We work for one client at a time. If a client has more than one dog they are welcome to bring them all together. 

We space out appointments so there is (hopefully) no client crossover. If you make an booking with Cool Paws please be on time for your appointment. Because we aim to avoid client crossover, you will be required to pick up your pooch within 20 minutes of your received pick up notification.
